Thanksgiving is a holiday celebrated in the United States and Canada. Thanksgiving is a day to celebrate the personal blessings of the year and the harvest. The day is usually spent with family and a big meal is shared with turkey, vegetables, pies and more. Ultimately Thanksgiving is a day to look around and be thankful for the people, things and opportunities we have in our lives. Each class is creating a turkey by tracing their hands, cutting out the shapes and gluing them onto to the paper turkey. Their hands mimic the look of a turkeys feathers and it’s super cute!
